Process
Note:
Show DVD's are available only to family members, cast & crew who are
directly involved with the show performance as an educational video record
of their evolvement and is made available to you solely on this condition.
These show DVD's are not offered to the general public and Lumia Active
reserves the right to decline orders received that do not meet this criteria.
Please
enter your name for the order, cast/crew name (person involved in the
show) your phone and postal details of where you would like your DVD sent
to you (National post only)
Select the number of
DVD's you require next to each DVD Title Selected from the drop down boxes.
For your convenience, current shows are listed in the first drop down box
selection.
If
required for variations of current show titles or to order past show
titles, another two drop down selections boxes have been made available.
When
you have finished selecting the DVD title and number required of each show
please enter the total amount of your order manually then select Payment
option. Payments
can be made by posting a cheque or Direct Credit (Online Banking) into our
account (Sorry No Credit Cards).
The
price of the DVD includes GST & national postage
If
paying by Direct Credit (Online Banking) please fill in Particulars, Code
& Reference information - Enter your
Initials & Surname for Particulars, School Name
for Code
and Show Title for Reference - Abbreviations for this information will
probably happen due to the limited maximum characters allowable by your
bank for each field. Remember to complete your online transfer with the
same Particulars, Code & Reference.
When
paying by cheque, please make cheque payable to "Lumia Active". On the back of the cheque
please write your Initials & Surname, Cast/Crew Name, School Name & Show Title,
then post cheque to: Lumia Active, PO Box 10 1717, North Shore, North
Shore City 0745.
Note: Cheques are banked on receipt of your order.
When
all information for your order is completed, click "Submit Video
Order". If you have missed any of the required fields you will
be prompted to complete that missing field, ensure completion of all
required fields, then click Submit
Video Order, A confirmation window will pop up directly on the website
stating that we have received your order.
Please
note: No other confirmation will be sent (such as an email confirmation)
